We can provide for every aspect of your function but we also understand that each job is unique and some clients only require specific aspects of co-ordination. For this reason every event is quoted individually and products and services are tailored to suit each project.
A-List Event Styling supplies all goods at a highly competitive rate, our consulting and set up fee is all inclusive and charged at an hourly rate. Alternatively, clients can opt for a flat consultation fee which covers organisation of all components of your wedding.
Included in your full consultation rate:
Ideas and suggestions for venues and all aspects of decorating and design.
Coordination of delivery times and addresses and confirmation of orders including chair covers, flowers, hire items, venue, catering etc.
Sourcing of unique products and compilation of samples.
Coordinating a ‘mock up’ session for your table setting and accessories.
Oversight of deliveries, being present to handle professional display of goods, ensuring all goods ordered have arrived up to standard.
Ensure venues are left up to standard, clean and on time. Overseeing the removal of all hire goods, checked off and counted.
Assisting waiting staff with placecards on tables, and ensuring that all aspects of room set up are as were discussed with you.
Quotations
Once we have discussed your requirements with you we will provide you with a fully inclusive no obligation quote for your wedding. On approval of the quote a 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
